Jersey Shore’s JWoww Sued Over Tanning Lotion!

August 12, 2011 07:25 AM by Kristin Watson

We know Jennifer “JWOWW” Farley loves her tanning, but this is ridiculous! The reality star of Jersey Shore is apparently being sued in connection to a tanning lotion. Read on for the details.

The “T” in GTL is about to get a whole lot more expensive for Jersey Shore’s JWOWW.  Jennifer “JWOWW” Farley is being sued for copyright infringement in connection to a suntan lotion bottle design.

According to reports, the lawsuit was filed in a Oklahoma federal court. So, who’s going after our favorite guidette? A business consisting of three friends from the University of Oklahoma known as Phigogam, that’s who!

The lawsuit says that Eric Bramlett, Wesley Cox and Paul Rudnicki started a site back in 2007 called Tantans.com and decided to eventually use a celebrity to endorse their own line, which led them to JWOWW.

The short of this very long story, is that the boys mocked up a design and JWOWW and her then boyfriend worked out a deal with Australian Gold, but then her and her man split, with the Australian Gold deal still in tact.

The guys in Oklahoma are claiming that JWOWW and Australian Gold stole their bottle design idea and left them out of it the deal.

They say the design is registered with the US Copyright Office with exclusive owner of reproduction and distribution rights.

That JWOWW, always causing a chaos. We’ll keep you posted on how this story turns out.
