The entire Bravo family has rallied around The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong with the news of Russell Armstrong’s suicide. In a statement on his blog, Andy Cohen talked about the future of the new season and what the tragedy means for the show…
The public outpouring of love and support amidst the recent suicide of Taylor Armstrong’s estranged husband, Russell Armstrong, has been abundant. Bravo has spoken about the tragedy, but it wasn’t clear what the news would mean for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
While the details are still unclear, Andy Cohen took a moment to address the future of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on his blog. “We’re all still trying to process yesterday’s very sad news, and looking at how to proceed with the series, which has finished primary production and was set to premiere on Labor Day,” Cohen said on his blog today (August 17).
He went on to write, “We’ll let you know what we decide when we do. In the meantime, we’re sending our thoughts and prayers to Taylor and the rest of Russell’s family.”
Ever the professional, Cohen left it simple. While it’s not clear what the future will hold, we know that Bravo is looking into proceeding in the proper manner.
The latest update that we brought you was thoughts from Taylor Armstrong’s best friend, Linda Thompson. For more on that, please click here.
