Abercrombie & Fitch recently revealed it had offered The Situation, and other stars of Jersey Shore, money to not wear their clothes. The retailer said, “We are deeply concerned that Mr. Sorrentino’s association with our brand could cause significant damage to our image.”
The Situation isn’t about to let a clothing chain have the last word. The MTV star tweeted on Wednesday, “Looks like Abercrombie got themself into a Situation!”
Guess what was included in the tweet? A link to a CNN report saying Abercrombie’s stock had took a nine percent dive.
The Situation wasn’t the only Jersey Shore star to hit up Twitter. Pauly D wrote in reference to shirts like the one pictured above, “Hmmm if They Don’t Want Us To Wear Those Clothes Why Make GTL Shirts?”
