Not everything lasts forever. First she lost Jesse James and now TLC has decided to cancel Kat Von D’s reality show LA Ink. Now how will we know what ink people are getting these days?
“The network is proud of what the series has accomplished in its four seasons, following Kat Von D’s journey as an artist from Miami to Los Angeles,” TLC said.
For those of you not in the loop, LA Ink features Kat Von D’s life as a tattoo artist and business woman at the West Hollywood shop, High Voltage Tattoo.
TLC revealed to Us Weekly in a statement that the “current season of LA Ink will be its last.”
Kat Von D and Jesse James called of their engagement last month and in a funny twist, the tattoo artist got some ink with James’ face on her in footage that was shown after the split.
The series finale of LA Ink will air September 15th on TLC. That brings us to a good question — what will Kat Von D do now? Will she pick up another show or lead a life out of the spotlight?
Either way, will you be watching the series finale?
