Yes, it’s officially Kim Kardashian is now married to Kris Humphries. The two became husband and wife in a lavish ceremony in Montecito, California. Keep reading to find out how the E! reality star partied at her rockin’ reception and how many dresses she wore.
Before heading to the reception the bride had her first wardrobe change of the evening! Kim decided to change out of her Vera Wang dress that she wore for the ceremony, only to put on another beautiful Vera Wang creation. The bride didn’t disappoint as she entered the tent in a mermaid style gown with lace, again an ivory color.
According to E! Online the reception tent was decorated in black and white, “old-Hollywood glam.” And to introduce the couple as Mr. and Mrs. Humphries was Mr. Robin Thicke. For their first dance as a married couple, they twirled on the floor as Robin Thicke sang his song, Angels. Then the family hit the stage for some speeches. Bruce Jenner talked about family and how all his ten children were at the night’s celebration stating, “Tonight is really about family – joining two families.”
Now onto some food! What would a celebrity wedding be without food from Wolfgang Puck? Guests had their choice of agnolotti or roasted chicken. And the dessert was of course the wedding cake, which was a chocolate and vanilla swirl cake with some chocolate chips!
Three’s a charm, that’s what Kim must have thought when she changed her dress again! Don’t worry it was another Vera Wang black satin gown with a circle skirt. After some bands played, like Earth, Wind and Fire, a deejay took over the music for the remainder of the night. A great time with dancing and laughter was had by all!
What do you think of Kim changing dresses three times? Was it overkill or just a fashionista bride taking advantage of her day? Let us know what you think, comment below!
