Bravo To Address Russell Armstrong’s Suicide In Television Special

August 30, 2011 06:56 AM by Kristin Watson

Reports say Bravo will address Russell Armstrong’s suicide in a television special. Will The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Taylor Armstrong be a part of it? Read on for the details…

In the wake of Russell Armstrong’s tragic death, Entertainment Weekly is reporting that Bravo is going to address his suicide in the best way they know how — with a television special.

The main cast is said to have been a part of the special, which has been filmed. That means Lisa Vanderpump, Camille Grammer, Kyle and Kim Richards and Adrienne Maloof were all in attendance to shoot the special.

The big question was whether or not Taylor Armstrong, Russell’s estranged wife, was there. Word is that she was not. It’s being said she also recently missed the wedding of Lisa Vanderpump’s daughter.

Bravo has yet to officially announce the special, but the season premiere, which was being re-edited, was set to air on September 5th and we’re wondering if this will take its place.

Two memorial services for Russell Armstrong, who was found dead on August 15, were recently had. One was at Church of the Hills-Forest Lawn and a second in his native state of Texas. His body was cremated

Is airing a special the right way to handle Russell Armstrong’s suicide or should Bravo pull the plug on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills series?
