No Drugs In Russell Armstrong’s Body When He Died

September 08, 2011 07:00 AM by Kristin Watson

It has been confirmed there were no drugs in Russell Armstrong’s body at the time of his death. Read on for the details.

Taylor Armstrong’s husband, Russell Armstrong, was found dead on August 15 after committing suicide and now it has been confirmed he was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of his death.

According to E! News, Los Angeles County Assistant Chief Coroner, Ed Winter, confirmed the toxicology report supported the findings.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills kicked off their second season despite Russell’s suicide, with Bravo making the decision to re-edit some of the season.

A brief special aired right before the premiere, which gathered Lisa, Camille, Kyle and Kim at Adrienne’s house, minus Taylor, to discuss how the tragedy has effected each of them.

It seemed unanimous that everyone felt Taylor Armstrong was not privy to how bad her estranged husband’s financial issues were.

For Kyle, she felt there was “guilt” over not seeing the signs and “it’s been hard” to move forward.

Bravo stood by their decision to air the premiere. It’s still up-in-the-air as to whether or not Bravo will air the couple’s therapy sessions.

Did you watch the season two premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? Do you think Bravo is handling the situation well?
