Kirstie Alley’s Fashion Week Debut: Check Out Her Runway Look!

September 14, 2011 10:07 AM by Kristin Watson

Kirstie Alley has earned the right to strut her stuff and that’s just what she did at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. The former Dancing with the Stars contestant walked the Zang Toi catwalk on Tuesday, making her big Fashion Week debut.

Work it, Kirstie!

Kirstie Alley, clad in a blue, rhinestone number from the Zang Toi spring 2012 collection, looked gorgeous as she made her debut at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.

You can’t deny it, that above picture is fierce!

The former ABC reality contestant, who recently shed a considerable amount of weight, tweeted before the show, “Waaaa Hooooo!!! Kitty is ready to walk the Cat!!! False Bravado will guide me…Let’s have some fun @ZANGTOI!!!”

She added, ”Will be winkin and blinking at y’all. DONT make me laugh! Gotta keep “model face.” Oh, who am I kidding?? Haha. DO NOT make eye contact! I will start giggling and fall on my well-dressed a**. Look away!”

The actress has danced in front of millions on DWTS and walked her fair share of red carpets, but why the runway — and why now?

“I’ve known Zang since 1993,” Alley revealed to Entertainment Tonight.

She added, “I did the cover of Redbook and I wanted something really beautiful…he just has the most beautiful clothes, period.”

How did Kirstie Alley feel post-show?

She tweeted, ”Thank You all the REAL Models for letting me share @ZANGTOI runway with you! You all were sooo sweet and looked soooo gorgeous!”

What do you think of Kirstie Alley’s runway look — hot or not? We vote hot!
