The Real Housewives Of New York City: Have The New Girls Been Cast?

September 21, 2011 11:37 AM by Kristin Watson

The Real Housewives of New York City will return minus Jill Zarin, Cindy Barshop, Alex McCord and Kelly Bensimon — we know that. But do we know who will take their place? Read on to see who might be the new girls on the block.

Bravo confirmed they will not be moving forward with Jill Zarin, Cindy Barshop, Alex McCord and Kelly Bensimon in the next installment of The Real Housewives of New York City, but who will be joining Sonja Morgan, Romano Singer and LuAnn de Lessep’s when the show returns?

According to a report via People, a source is saying a writer, a “Wall Street Wife” and fashion guru are on board.

Here’s the breakdown…

If the source is correct, author and former ABC producer, Carole Radziwill, will be joining the cast.

Here’s an interesting tidbit on her: She was friends with Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy, John F. Kennedy Jr’s wife, who died in the horrific plane crash in 1999 along side him.

Fashion designer and creator of the shapewear line, Yummie Tummie, Heather Thomson is also reportedly joining the girls.

Could she be Bravo’s new Jill Zarin? They both share a passion for smoothing out the bumps with shapewear.

The last lady rumored to be joining The Real Housewives of New York City is “Wall Street wife” Aviva Drescher.

Not much dirt on her except for the fact that she’s a mom of three.

Bravo isn’t confirming the newbies, so it will be interesting to see how this plays out.
