We recently learned that The Biggest Loser on NBC‘s season nine contestant, Sam Poueu was upgraded to stable condition a few days ago, and now, Sam’s family and friends are reporting that he is continuing to improve. Sam Poueu is even talking to his visitors now! Read on for more..
Season nine contestant of The Biggest Loser, Sam Poueu was injured badly earlier this month, as he attempted to climb down a fire escape and fell to the ground instead. After being in critical condition for weeks, Sam Poueu was upgraded to stable condition a few days ago, and now his family is reporting even more progress.
Sam Poueu’s family told People Magazine this weekend: “We are excited to share that Sam is out of ICU and is currently in stable condition. He still has a long road of recovery ahead of him, but we are so encouraged by the progress he continues to make daily.” What kind of progress is Sam making? His family added: “He is talking and visiting with family members and close friends who come to see him in the hospital.”
That is wonderful news Sam! The family also said that Sam Poueu is so thankful for all the prayers and support he has received from everyone!
