Taylor And Russell Armstrong’s Therapy Sessions Will Air On RHOBH

September 26, 2011 07:38 AM by Megan Thompson

A huge storyline for season two of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills is the demise of Taylor and Russell Armstrong’s marriage. When Russell committed suicide, executives at Bravo had to decide what footage would air and what would have to be edited out. Keep reading to find out what viewers will actually see when it comes to Russell and Taylor’s relationship.

Last week viewers caught a glimpse of Taylor’s emotional state when she seemed to have a complete mental breakdown in Colorado. The girls were very concerned for Taylor and her emotional well-being. After the trip, Taylor visited with her life-coach and shared she really did want to work on the relationship.

To work on their marital problems, Taylor and Russell were seeing a therapist and actually allowed the Bravo cameras in the room. After Russell’s suicide it wasn’t certain that these therapy sessions would air on season two. Well now RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting that some of the therapy sessions will definitely be aired on the show. A source from Bravo told RadarOnline.com, “Viewers will see the two of them with their marriage counselor, Dr. Charles Sophy, as well as individual sessions with Taylor.” The source shared that Russell’s one-on-one sessions will not be aired.

So what does Taylor think about airing these (should be private) sessions? According to the same source it seems Taylor agrees with the decision to show the therapy sessions. Taylor hopes that by sharing her personal experience it will help other battered women. Viewers will begin seeing the therapy sessions in the next couple of weeks on The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills.

What do you think about Bravo airing the therapy sessions? Is it creepy since we know the tragic ending or do you think it could help other women in abusive relationships? Let us know what you think, comment below!

I think it should not be aired, and it is cruel to do so. I wont be tuning in any longer.

If Taylor has agreed to air them, then I say, “air them”. Since Taylor has been very candid with the public as to what she has suffered, then I do believe there is hope that some women may receive help from watching what she went through (and is still going through), and may get help because of airing the programs. It is time for battered women to be released from their prisons of torture, humiliation, and fear! I do feel so badly for Taylor and Kennedy – I pray for them and wish for them the very best! God bless you both!

I feel they should air it. To blame a tv show that both parties signed up for it rediculous. Committing suiside is a decision he made. It has nothing to do with the show at all. If you really watch the show you would know that he has had issues since the beginning. The show did not create his issues. Nothing is ever that bad to take your own life. He needed serious help.
