Dancing With The Stars Studio Gets Suspicious Letter

September 29, 2011 08:00 AM by Lisa Princ

This week on ABC’s Dancing With The Stars we saw some rocking performances, followed by Elisabetta Canalis’ elimination. But, the excitement didn’t end there as emergency vehicles were called into the studio yesterday for a suspicious letter. What happened? Read on to find out…

Deja vu anyone? Wasn’t it just a few seasons ago when the Dancing With The Stars studio last received a suspicious letter addressed to Bristol Palin? Now, it’s happening all over again! Emergency vehicles were called in yesterday as the studio received a suspicious letter containing a white powder substance, TMZ reports. After being thoroughly inspected, it was determined that the white powder was not anthrax or anything else harmful, although there is no word as to what it was really was.

You are probably thinking that the target of the letter was Chaz Bono, as that was our first thought also, but according to TMZ, the letter’s target was not an on-air personality or contestant. Apparently, the FBI is still investigating the matter, and had no comment when asked by TMZ. Do you believe that the letter was not targeted at Chaz Bono? With all the controversy surrounding his appearance on the show, we think it may have been, but no one is talking…yet!

This is a breaking story, so we will be sure to update you as we get more details! Stay tuned!
