This week on Dancing With The Stars on ABC, Hope Solo escaped elimination, but she struggled with getting her sexy on. Hope Solo recently bared it all for a magazine, but remains insistent that she is not a sex symbol. Read on for more…
Dancing With The Stars contestant, Hope Solo has been struggling to show us her sexy side on the show, but with some help from Maks, she proved that she could be sexy during her routine. Hope, however says she is not a sex symbol, despite recently posing nude for ESPN magazine. In ESPN’s recent “bodies” issue, Hope Solo and other athletes posed nude, but Hope made sure she told them: “I still don’t buy the idea that I’m a sex symbol.”
Hope Solo also revealed that she has always had self image issues when it came to her body. The soccer star told the magazine: “Growing up, I felt insecure about my build. Guys would say, ‘Look at those muscles! You can kick my ass!’ I didn’t feel feminine. But that’s changed in the last four years,” and “Sure, I’ve had marriage proposals, invitations to military balls and prom offers, but my entire purpose is trying to be the best, and if that exudes beauty too…it means the image of the typical female body type is finally evolving.”
Do you think Hope Solo is sexy? She sure showed that she can be on the dance floor, but we can’t help wonder if she will keep it up? Be sure to tune in Monday as the stars hit the dance floor once again!
