After Kate Gosselin’s TLC show, Kate Plus 8, was canceled, Kate quickly expressed her interest to continue working on television. She hinted she would be interested in a dating show or continue having her children filmed in some capacity. Jon Gosselin said that he would block having the children filmed on television and dismissed Kate’s concern that television would be the only career in which Kate could support her eight children adequately. Jon emphasized he no longer had a Hollywood-job and was able to provide for his children financially and emotionally. Has Kate taken Jon’s lead in pursuing a career outside of the TV industry?
According to Life & Style magazine, Kate has recently completed courses to renew her nursing license. According to a source for the magazine, Kate is feeling the pressure to pay for her living expenses and kids’ private school tuition. When a fan asked Kate on Twitter is she was planning on returning to nursing, Kate responded: “No truth. Renewed license when up for renewal. And that got it all going!”
When Us Weekly asked Kate what was next for her, she replied: ”I hope I have a job! I don’t know what’s next.” Us Weekly recently caught Kate shopping with coupons at Bed, Bath, and Beyond, but Kate insists this is not cause for concern. Through her Twitter account @kateplusmy8, she says: “I’ve never shopped at Bed, Bath and Beyond WITHOUT coupons. I’ve returned with my receipt and a coupon many times, even when ‘not broke.’
What do you think will happen to Kate Gosselin next?
