November 02, 2011 08:26 AM by Lisa Princ

Dancing With The Stars, we watched as David Arquette and Kym Johnson were eliminated after their Halloween performances. After the show, David and Kym chatted about their elimination, but what did they have to say? Read on to find out!

Dancing With the Stars fans watched as David Arquette was eliminated last night, despite his improvement over the past few weeks on the show. In the true spirit of David Arquette, he was not down and out during a post elimination interview, and he even joked about his elimination as he told Jimmy Kimmel: “I was about to break through – they took me off cause I was a threat! We plan on dancing some more – there’s a great ‘Dancing’ in Argentina. Have you seen that? We want to take this on the road…We’ll dance anywhere. Reno!” But then David Arquette got serious as he told Jimmy: “Everything happens for a reason, and I got everything I wanted out of it.”

David’s partner, Kym Johnson may not have gotten to take the trophy for a second season in a row, but Kym enjoyed her experience with David Arquette. Kym Johnson took to Twitter after the show last night to share her gratitude as she posted: “Can’t thank everyone enough for supporting @davidarquette and myself throughout the season. I am so proud of what David achieved every week,” and “@davidarquette Thank you for all the good times, laughs, generosity and all the kindness you showed me. Can’t wait to dance with you soon!”

David Arquette also shared that he thinks J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff should win, and he is encouraging all his fans to vote for this pair! Was it Kym and David’s time to go?  Let us know if you agree with this week’s elimination, leave a comment below!

It’s a popularity contest and the judges have the most control. One week Max and his partner were second from the bottom, just barely beating Chas. That was when there were seven contestants. Who in their right mind would put them behind Nancy Grace and some of the others? Nobody. I really believe all the drama is scripted. If Max really said the things he says and it wasn’t scripted, he would be long gone by now. I love Max. He’s my favorite along with Derek. Yet, Max has never won. He was screwed royally year before last. I didn’t watch last year. I don’t like the drama; I just want to see the dancers. And, I want the judges to be fair. Is that too much to ask?

Kym and David should not have been eliminated. It crossed my mind, while waiting for the results, that Nany Grace was going to win. She has a humongous fan base and that’s the only reason she won. David’s dancing is far superior to hers and her Halloween dance was fraught with missteps and lack of rhythm on her part.

When there is an injustice like this, and there have been many over the past years, it is because of the persons fan base. Think about how many people football players reach and how many people Nancy Grace reaches every week night.

Vicki Lake and JR deserve to be there as does Rob Kardashian, but it wouldn’t surprise me if Nancy Grace wins the competition, especially after her PR appearance on her show with Tristan this week. It wont be her dancing skills that gives her the win.

David and Kim did not deserve to go home. Nancy and Tristan are the ones that needed to go. Nancy has screwed up her dances far more than David ever did.
