The Real Housewives Of Atlanta Recap: Get Out Of Haterville

November 13, 2011 08:40 PM by Megan Thompson

Tonight on Bravo, some of the girls from The Real Housewives Of Atlanta are heading to Miami for a vacation. It’s also Kim Zolciak’s birthday, so Kroy is trying to plan a party and pick out a gift for his baby’s mama. Keep reading for all the RHOA details!

NeNe, Kandi and Cynthia are headed to Miami for a girl’s trip! “I’m just ready to get out of haterville,” NeNe says to the ladies.   The girls arrive in the hotel room and start chatting about men.  “Are you throwing those legs back?” NeNe asks Kandi.  The girls get in a private conversation, but then realize the luggage boy is still there.  Classy ladies!

Onto Kim who is lying in her bed with her dog Chanel.  Kroy heads downstairs to talk with Sweetie, Kim’s assistant, about throwing a birthday party for Kim.

Phaedra is all about business, the funeral business.  She is thinking about opening her own funeral home and is seeking advice from a person in the business.

We will have to wait and see if Phaedra is serious about this business venture or as she is saying, “it’s her calling.”

Back in sunny Miami the ladies grab some food and of course, gossip about the other girls.  Kandi questions NeNe about her fight with Sheree, but NeNe doesn’t want to talk about it.  “I don’t care,” is NeNe’s response.  The girls learn at lunch that it’s Lesbian pride weekend, so it looks like Kandi is going to have to look harder to find a man.

Since NeNe can’t stand the “bitches in Atlanta”, she is searching for some property in Miami.  This season NeNe can’t stop talking about how much money she is making. Kandi isn’t sure that NeNe can afford the $9 million dollar Miami pad.  While Cynthia can’t kiss NeNe’s butt anymore if she tried!

The three girls decide to head to the beach for some fun in the sun.

Of course, the conversation turns to sex and vibrators.  As for lesbian activity, Kandi shares she could see herself “dipping my foot in the  pool” but not a relationship.  Okay, maybe this lesbian pride weekend is up Kandi’s aisle after all.  Finally the girls find some guys to play Frisbee with on the beach.

Back in Atlanta Kim and Sheree meet for lunch and talk about how hostile NeNe has been to them.  Then Kim starts talking about how happy she is in her relationship with Kroy, obviously since she is eight months pregnant.

Walking with their baby, Aidan, Phaedra and Apollo talk about the funeral business.

Phaedra wants to run a high-end funeral home, but Apollo isn’t convinced of the idea.  It looks like Phaedra is going to have to convince Apollo about this calling of hers.

It’s Kim’s birthday and Kroy is taking her out to dinner.  At dinner Kim says the day after she gives birth she is drinking margaritas and getting Botox!   Kroy gives Kim her birthday present, which is a nice $22,000 chocolate diamond bracelet.  Back at the house, Sweetie is preparing a small surprise birthday party for Kim.  Instead of seeing all the guests at her party, Kim walks right into house and into the bathroom.  Finally after Kim leaves the bathroom, she realizes there is a party for her.  Of course, the conversation turns to NeNe.  The girls joke about NeNe needing to recruit new friends.  But then the questioning turns to Kroy and when his is going to marry Kim.  Everyone seems to really like Kroy, he seems to be a true gentlemen.

What did you think of tonight’s RHOA episode?  Is NeNe alienating herself from the other ladies?  Let us know what you think, comment below.

It seems that in reality the other girls talk about Nene much more than she talks about them. They seem to make it a point to discuss her when she is not around. To say that she attacks them seems really weird when everyone seems to be on the attack when each of them is around the others. Also they all seem to trash each other when they are not around. I notice Nene is not making it a point to hang around the people she does not like and the rest hang out together then trash each other when they are not around. Wow real friends. I will give Kandi credit for trying to stay out of the drama although she constantly seems to get pulled into it.
