Gary Busey Joins ‘Two and a Half Men’

November 15, 2011 03:00 PM by Amanda Christensen

Former Celebrity Apprentice star, Gary Busey, is a new roommate. Well, on CBS show Two and a Half Men, he was last night. The actor who has a history of alcohol abuse and being a bit abrasive on the sets of movies and TV shows, even recently being fired from a new film, guest starred on the hit show Two and a Half Men last night.  Will he be back?  Keep reading!

Gary Busey is probably best known in the TV world for his presence on NBC hit Celebrity Apprentice, but has starred in dozens of TV and Movie projects that have made him a consistent (and Oscar nominated) star for many years. Last night he portrayed himself, as a patient in a mental hospital where Two and a Half Men star Jon Cryer (Alan Harper) checked himself into following a mental breakdown. Gary Busey fans probably don’t see the actor portraying a mental patient as such a far stretch from reality given his personal life history. He has said some very interesting things, like telling someone he would “pull your endocrine system out of your body” which became a big YouTube hit.

Gary Busey’s performance was everything we have come to expect from the star and we look forward to seeing where his next project will take him.

Just a little correction and I’m surprised the media has not reported on this. Gary Busey was NOT FIRED from the Mansion of Blood movie. If you search in Youtube, “mansion of blood” “press conference,” you will see the press conference with the producers and Gary Busey. They did the conference to exonerate his name.

Regarding Busey’s appearance on Two and a Half Men, it was too short. Would have like to see more of Busey on the show.

It’s quite obvious that they’re trying to insert a “type of Charlie” into this quickly sinking show. Won’t happen….if you don’t have Charlie Sheen, you don’t have nuthin’.

Charlie Sheen fans are forgetting that CHARLIE SHEEN is the reason why he is not on the show. His bad behavior is what caused all of this. Criticize Charlie, not the show. No one can act like he did and still keep their job.
