The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills Recap: Secrets Are Out, But The Party Is On!

November 21, 2011 08:20 PM by Megan Thompson

Tonight on The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills the girls are still reacting from the tea party at Lisa Vanderpump’s house. Plus, Taylor Armstrong throws a fair themed birthday party for her daughter. Will all the Bravo girls behave at the party? Keep reading to find out all the RHOBH details.

It’s the end of the tea party and Camille storms out the door after calling Taylor out about her abusive marriage.  Instead of Taylor being mad about Camille revealing a horrible secret, it seems she is more concerned about gaining Lisa’s approval.

It seemed very odd that the girls just left the party or perhaps Bravo did some major re-editing of this scene.

Faye Resnick stops by Kyle’s house for some girl talk.  Kyle opens up to Faye about the whole tea party intervention that went down at Lisa’s house.  Kyle is very confused about Russell and Taylor’s relationship.  It seems Faye has some expertise with abuse victims and shares some good insight on what Taylor could be going through.  Faye tells Kyle to just keep loving Taylor like she is.

Pandora stops by her mummy’s restaurant to show off the bridesmaid’s dress she picked for the wedding.  Just like her mom, she chose a pink gown!

Camille meets Kyle and Adrienne for lunch, but mainly to gossip about Taylor.  “I feel terrible about what happened,” Camille tells the girls.  Apparently Taylor is returning any of Camille’s calls or texts.  Camille feels she was just trying to be her friend, because it was just the elephant in the room.

It’s Kennedy’s fifth birthday party!  The theme this year is a county fair, with petting zoo, bounce houses, and a mechanical bull.  Do five year olds really ride mechanical bulls? The party for 250 people starts in two hours and nothing is done.  Taylor looks like she is going to have a nervous breakdown over this party.  Finally the party is ready and the guests start to arrive.  “It’s very awkward seeing Russell after the tea party,” Kyle admits.  Everyone seems to be ignoring the fact that Russell is there.

Lisa is too busy planning Pandora’s wedding to go to Kennedy’s birthday party.  Enter my favorite wedding planner, Kevin Lee.  Can anything be more Beverly Hills than Kevin Lee?  Instead of invitations guests will be getting giant boxes, costing $150 a piece.  There goes the simple wedding Lisa is pretending to be having.

Back at Kennedy’s birthday party, everyone seems to be enjoying the day.  When Kyle approaches Taylor to see if Camille is coming, Taylor says she better not show her face here.

“If Camille showed up she would be shoveling shit,” Taylor tells Kyle.  Okay, so obviously Taylor is still upset about what happened.

Another fight brewing is between Lisa and Adrienne.  Adrienne is mad that Lisa is throwing a bachelorette party for her daughter at a competing Las Vegas casino.  Hello, doesn’t she know that Adrienne runs The Palms?  “I would have rolled out the red carpet for her,” Adrienne tells Kyle.  Then there is another awkward moment, when Brandi tries to talk to Kim.  Brandi goes over and says hello to Kim, but Kim blows her off.  Kim has absolutely has no intentions of acknowledging Brandi.

To end the birthday party, Ace Young, from American Idol performs a song.  In an off-camera interview, Brandi mocks the song and she is spot on.  Ace Young is belting out a random song, which the kids could care less about, while holding a drink in his hand.  It was a very weird performance!  At the end of the song, Kennedy gets her birthday present which is a horse.

Dana is confused why they would get Kennedy a horse, since the dog from her fourth party was such a disaster.  I wonder if Kennedy still has the horse?

What did you think of tonight’s episode?  Was it awkward watching Russell and Taylor together?  Let us know your thoughts, comment below.

It was more than hard…it seemed like we were eavesdropping on a family tragedy that we had no right to be a part of. My personal opinion is that no amount of viewership or the monetary rewards it brings is worth showing footage of a troubled marriage in which one of the spouses is since died in a horrific manner. This is now a part of history that Taylor and Kennedy will have to live with forever. It serves no purpose and is wrong on every level. Do these producers and directors ever think of how their families would feel?

I feel that Pandora’s invitation cards are a major waste of money. The cost of just the cards is enough money to plan a whole wedding for many people. Taylor is just dumb and shouldn’t be telling people stuff that she doesn’t want to be acknowledged. I feel that she is really needy and annoying. Adrienne is making a big deal out of Pandora’s bahelorette party, Would she be willing to host the whole event? Kyle and Kim are really annoying and big bullies, just get over yourself Kim, you stubborn horse.

seems Taylor is trying to keep the peace, she is the preverbial victim, give me a break, he went off on Dana, but Taylor has everyone thinking Russell is an asshole so what did we expect, at least he doesnt act out in public, no wonder everyone is confused I know I am

Taylor is a whinning, annoying mess. I’m also sick to death of Kim and Kyle. Dana is disgusting and her social climbing is detined to fail. She should go home and try to get some of her selfrespect back, if possible. Kyle keeps taling about having to take care of her sisters, since they have lost both parents. Hello–most people your age have lost at least one if not both parents. It happens to people between their forties and fifties.Grow up and while you’re at it Try to grow a brain.
