Sam Poueu of The Biggest Loser on NBC‘s ninth season, who fell from the roof of building and was taken to ICU in September, was recently moved to a rehabilitation facility. Now, The Biggest Loser fan favorite’s future wife, Stephanie Anderson, posted yet another update, and it sounds great! Read on for more details.
Season nine contestant of The Biggest Loser, Sam Poueu was injured back in September, as he attempted to climb down a fire escape and fell to the ground instead. Sam was in critical condition for weeks, after suffering internal injuries to injuries to his kidney, lungs, liver, ribs, pelvis, leg, ankle, and the most severe – his head. Sam was recently transferred to a rehabilitation center, where he has been making progress, and according to Stephanie Anderson, he has just come out of another surgery.
Stephanie Anderson took to Twitter to announce Sam’s successful surgery earlier as she posted: “@SamPoueu final surgery was a success and he’s doing well in recovery. Soon 2 be back in rehab and then up & walking in time 4 Xmas! LOVE!!” According to Sam Poueu’s website, the star has already undergone three surgeries – the first being a craniotomy, and two for his pelvis. Sam Poueu posted his first note on Twitter recently as well, where he said: “Excited 2 give my 1st update. I’ve read ur messages & they’re heartwarming. It’s been tough. It’s been a struggle. But u help me fight on.”
