Last night on NBC‘s The Biggest Loser, John Rhode walked away with $250,000 and the title of season twelve winner. John managed to top everyone else in weight loss, losing a whopping 220 lbs, and after the show John said that he is grateful for his win, and still unsure how he managed to do it. Read on for more…
The Biggest Loser‘s John Rhode beat out Antone and Ramon in last night’s finale, as John was able to lose 220 lbs while at home. After the show, John spoke to People Magazine and told them: “I still don’t know how I did it, but I’m grateful. Anything is possible. I’ve been given a new life. Now I just want to keep working hard, stay focused and help people.” What did John do last night to celebrate? He held on to his wife, who he thanked numerous times throughout the season, as well as his boys.
Although John Rhode may still be unsure how he managed to win, Bob Harper revealed that he knew from the day John walked onto the ranch, that he was going to win this season. Meanwhile, Dolvett Quince, who will be returning next season to the show, told People Magazine: “John will hopefully be living his finale for the rest of his life.” Anna Kournikova, who will not be returning next season, added: “John was a very vocal, focused and straight to the point.”
