I am sorry to say that as much as I have always loved and been devoted to watching the show each week, I will no longer be a devoted viewer.
I find Howard Stern the most disrespectful, rude person I have ever seen. I will not waste my time supporting a show who has lowered their standards for the sake of ratings.
I will check in next year to see if you realized the error of your ways and got rid of that piece of crap. Or maybe you will lose enough viewers because of that offensive jerk that the show will be cancelled completely. Time will tell.

As someone who has listened to Howard for at least 15 years I can say for sure that he is perfect for AGT. He’ll be a great addition to that show and the ratings will be through the roof.
NBC knows exactly what they’re doing and they’re doing it right.

Howard Stern is neither offensive nor rude to me. I have a sense of sense of humor and a brain, though.

Howard is an intelligent and witty satirist. Always has an interesting opinion. Never watched AGT but now I will never miss an episode

In response to Dee Switzer’s comments…I know exactly what you’re saying. I felt the same way. The only difference was I thought that about Howie Mandell…all the stupid little childish pranks he pulled on Piers Morgan made me quit watching. So I was excited to hear Howard Stern was going to be on now. Hopefully he’ll put Howie in his place.
