Tonight, Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood may be taking a break — and a well deserved one, especially after a chaotic trip to New York and antique hunting in Texas — but that doesn’t mean Tori Spelling won’t be on television during her normal hour on Oxygen. Instead of fighting pregnancy rumors or calming down farm animals, Tori will be planning an extravagant wedding, complete with a Marie Antoinette theme. It’s like a standalone episode of Tori & Dean: sTORIbook Weddings!
On the Tori and Dean Marie Antoinette Wedding special, airing tonight, engaged couple Ashley and Ryan want to incorporate their love for 18th-century French culture into their wedding — and after already planning weddings highlighting a Bollywood film, a 1920′s steampunk soiree, a Tuscan getaway and many more unique settings, a wedding inspired by all things Marie Antoinette should be a piece of cake, right?
However, Tori and Dean inevitably run into challenges: creating an ornate yet authentic display, balancing the opinions of the bride and an overly demanding groom, and putting together a few surprises for the happy couple before their big day.
But will it all live up to the Marie Antoinette theme Ryan and Ashley had hoped for, or will the extravagancies be too over-the-top and fail to please not only the bride, but our groom-to-be?
The Tori and Dean Marie Antoinette Wedding special airs on Oxygen on tonight (December 27) at 10pm ET/PT. Check back here for the recap!
