Blue Ivy Carter, the brand new daughter of Beyoncé and Jay-Z, may only be a few days old, but her birth is already stirring up drama at the hospital in which she was born. A group of moms is claiming they were mistreated by the hospital, after Beyoncé and Jay-Z supposedly paid 1.3 million dollars to seal off the floor.
