Bruce Jenner caught some major attention on Monday evening when he attended a Lakers game with very large, and noticeable stitches on the right side of his face. Of course, rumors immediately started that the former Olympian had undergone plastic surgery, as he has a history of plastic surgery, but in fact, he has not had any this time – the stitches are actually from skin cancer! According to both TMZ and Us Magazine, Bruce Jenner “had surgery last Friday to remove some serious skin cancer.”
Apparently, Bruce Jenner decided to take a trip to the doctor after discovering a small, red, mark on his face. His doctor removed a piece of it and after a biopsy, determined it to be skin cancer. Bruce then had a part of the surrounding area on his face removed, and his doctor assured him that he caught the cancer in time. What’s next for Bruce Jenner? Well, his doctor ordered him to stay out of the sun when possible, and when he does go out in the sun, he advised Bruce to always wear a hat.
