Bethenny Frankel Moves To Daytime

January 25, 2012 08:00 AM by Megan Thompson

Bethenny Frankel, from The Real Housewives Of New York City, has built an empire with her Skinnygirl brand.  Now the reality star is breaking into daytime television as a talk show host.  Keep reading for the latest Bethenny Frankel news.

Earlier this month Bethenny announced that she would be ending her reality show, Bethenny Ever After.  Bethenny stated that she needed to focus on other things and that she didn’t want her daughter, Bryn, growing up on camera.  Now we know what this Bravo star is focusing more of her time on - her very own daytime talk show.

Bethenny took to Twitter to announce the good news to her followers.  On Bethenny’s blog she wrote,  ”Breaking News: The queen of too much information is coming to DAYTIME.  It is going to be an exciting journey and I can’t wait for you to join me.  Thanks for being so loyal and supportive, without you, this wouldn’t be happening.”

So what’s the scoop on Bethenny’s new daytime show?  Well it’s actually only a test run.  Bethenny has been given a six week test period, which will air in the summer, in select FOX markets like LA and New York.  Of course the show will focus on pop culture, food and anything else Bethenny wants to talk about!  Both Bethenny and Ellen DeGeneres will be the Executive Producers on the show.

So what do you think about Bethenny Frankel as a talk show host?  Will you tune in to watch her?  Let us know what you think, leave us a comment below.
