The Bachelor Ben Flajnik Dishes On Sending Jennifer Fritsch Home

January 31, 2012 12:00 PM by Lisa Princ

Last night on The Bachelor, Ben Flajnik decided not to give Jennifer Fritsch a rose, and she was sent home instead. After their great date last week, why did Ben send the “best kisser” home? Read on as Ben sheds some light on his decision this week!

Last night, on The Bachelor, Ben Flajnik said goodbye to Jennifer Fritsch despite having a fun one on one date with her last week. So what did the stunning redhead do to lose Ben’s interest? According to Ben Flajnik, Jennifer did not do anything wrong, it was more of his gut feeling. Ben recently posted on his blog, which you can check out at People.com, saying: “I knew in my heart that I wasn’t going to end up with her.”

Ben Flajnik continued on about how his other relationships are taking off, and despite that he thinks Jennifer Fritsch is a sweet girl, he didn’t want her to get more any more invested. Ben added that he did not want Jennifer to ivest anymore feelings because: “I knew it wouldn’t be forever. I will always remember Jennifer and the sweet time we shared together.” As for Courtney Robertson’s usual drama, Ben does not blame Courtney for going out of her way to spend more time with him.

What did you think of The Bachelor last night? Did Ben Flajnik send the right girl home? Comment and share your thoughts with us below!

I know he has to keep Courtney (for the drama). But he made a big mistake in sending Jennifer home. She was by far the best match for him. If he had dated her off the show, he would have made a very different choice.

If this guy can’t see thru Courtney, he is a complete idiot. How mean spirited of her to push the physical contact before he had a chance to follow protocol and get to the appropriate place for that to happen. She knew she was putting all the other girls at a disadvantage – NASTY PERSON – only in it for the sport! STUPID MAN for being so weak as to allow that to happen. Think with the head on your shoulders Ben.

Ben, Ben, Ben–what were you thinking? Jennifer seems like not only a very pretty girl, but probably the one who would be the best girlfriend and potential wife. Couldn’t he see that Courtney is just in this for the “competition” of it all? I heard that he winds up with her–short of a miracle, I can only see that he will most likely regret such decision, if true. . . Good luck, Ben–and Jennifer, hopefully you’ll find someone who appreciates you more! Maybe you’ll be the next Bachelorette and find someone at least as good as Ben!

Jenifer was always radiant and had a beautiful aura unlike the afectatious model who undermines each of the women one after another.

HE sends home Jen and keeps a wench like courtney come on no one can be this stupid he needs to go back to being the guy who had honest feelings and not who he has turned out to be. listen to emily !!!!!!!!!!!!!11

I don’t think Jennifer was very attractive. I think Emily is annoying. Thinkin he might wind up with Casey B.

I thought Ben was nice last year…now I’m beginning to wonder about him. If he’s so stupid as to keep Courtney yet sends Jennifer home, he deserves whatever comes.

Wow- I bet if Ben marries Courtney and they have kids, those kids would be SO proud of their Mom! Like a Kardashian or Hilton with a porn tape…kids LOVE that kind of thing…Oh, wait…Courtney will dump Ben before that would ever happen… ( you can’t expect her to put others, like a husband, or God forbid…something as NEEDY as a child before HER selfish self! Get real!) Yuck…how many peens do you think have been inside that girl…hope they required STD tests before they let those girls on the show!

I was truly saddened by Jennifer’s demise as a potential amore for Ben. I had a feeling Ben was a bit of a wimp when he was on the Bachelorette and he confirmed it by sending Jennifer off after such a great one on one date. Keeping trash like Courtney around – c’mon Ben, restore my faith in men!! Dump the bee-otch!!

What gets me is that he kissed Jennifer during the cocktail party, and then soon after, sent her packing. He should have never kissed her and lead her on. No wonder she was stunned.

I hope Ben realizes that if he marries Courtney that there will be NO children. She is not the type to allow any kind of compation in her life with him. He would not be allowed to pay attention to children when she was around because it is all about her. Yhe kids would be raised by a nanny when young and then sent to boarding school when older. Besides have children would destroy he perfect body.

I hate Courtney. She is a trashy whore. He may marry her but this will be the last B. I watch.

I REALLY was waiting for Ben not to give the rose to Courtney. She is a loser and it is time for her to go or I willl have to. Ben can’t be that bad. I do not feel he is being fair to the other girls and I was hoping he would put Courtney in her place. If he doesn’t, this will put the show on a completely different level, where anything goes and a descent girl won’t have a chance.

Jennifer was the most natural and radiant beauty of all of the girls. It must be the old standard that the guy goes for the “bad” girl and cannot deny the sex, but in looking for a wife he sure went down the wrong trail. This is where “matchmaking” is necessary, Ben cannot see the truth through all the trees. It is sad, another Bachelor heads for ruin and failure.

I admire Ben for sending Jennifer home. She is a lovely, wonderful person who was falling way too hard for Ben. He knew he did not share her feelings and I think he sent her home so she wouldn’t ultimately be hurt even more. It is the only wise thing he has done. I like Ben and he has some other nice girls left but maybe he deserves Courtney after all. Ben is going to get hurt but I guess that is what he deserves for being so stupid. Hopefully he will wise up and make a good choice if he is truly looking for love and a lifetime partner.

I really liked Jennifer and I’m happy that he put her feelings first and let her go. I was sad to see her leave but to keep her around would have devastated her even more. I think him and Casey B will be together. As far as Crazy Courtney….. well she’s not bring home to mama material. Ya know what I mean!!!!!!

I can’t believe I was sucked into this season, because I don’t find Ben’s personality interesting in the least. He says the exact same thing every rose ceremony. Unless there’s something we’re not seeing on T.V. (last season and this), Ben did Jennifer a favor. Why is it the show finds a need to “recycle” the runner-ups? Any man in their right mind would see that Jennifer and Stacy B. are ‘catches.’ But I hope they both, each, see they could do so much better than Ben.

Ben’s behavior with Courtney says just as much about him as it does her. If he doesn’t regret his behavior, he should. As a wife and mother of sons, and now a grandmother of grown grandsons, I have seen more of this behavior than I care to count. Quite often, men are more naive than women. Women can be phoney as a $3 bill, all the women around them can see it, and most men won’t. They think that what you see is what you get….WRONG! Ben has seen past shows…you can see what has gone on before in the house. LISTEN to the other women!!! (Women aren’t left out here, they can be just as naive when it comes to men. Everybody else can see it but her….just human nature I guess.)

I can understand Ben sending home Jennifer, not that I agree with his choice to keep Emily over Jennifer…that one shocked me more. But if a man doesn’t feel it, he’s not likely to, so given that, he did the right thing for “HER” she was falling toooo hard, tooo quickly.
As far as Courtney goes…Danger, Danger, Dude!!
She should really go into Sales, not modeling…all her “Winning”, just shows how much she is in this for the game of it…she doesn’t love Ben, anymore than I love Charlie Sheen, for goodness sake…this relationship has the same chances of lasting as a snowball in hell!!
Ben is caught up in how much she wants to “win” and the drastic/nasty course(s) she will take to get there, he is actually flattered by it..well as they say, what attracts you in the beginning, becomes a deterrent once the honeymoon phase is over. Good Luck with this one, no ABC paid wedding in store for these two…Watch the tabloids for the next headlines!

Courtney is just around to sweeten the show for now. BUT her days are numbered from here on. Ben – I hope – will not be so jaded and make the right decision to offer the last rose to Kacy B.

Emily is rumored to be the next bachelorette. If so, then it’s time to stop watching this particular show. This woman is so pretentious.

Does Ben not watch the tapings of what happens between the house guests? Really! He has even said he wants to be with someone who gets along is this sort of setting (that would eliminate Courtney). Not to mention, she needs some serious lip gloss! Ben, come on, you do have another “brain.”

  24. KH Says:

Jennifer you go find someone better. I have known Jennifer since she was a young girl and she is smart and beautiful and was a good fiend of my daughters all through school, which is the reason I was watching. I felt bad for her, but she was acting so normal on the show, not crazy or stupid, or mean, so maybe that wasn’t show worthy enough to keep her on. Stupid Ben!
