This week American Idol on FOX, fans watched auditions in both Portland, Oregon, and St. Louis, the very spot where Carrie Underwood was discovered 8 years ago. At the very end of the St. Louis auditions we met Lauren Gray, a girl who blew our minds with her voice. If you missed the awesome audition, you’re in luck as we have a video for you! American Idol returned to St. Louis last night, and the very last audition and golden ticket went to Lauren Gray, a 22-year-old who sings in a band with her father. Lauren told us how much of a dream it would be for her to be on American Idol – for both she and her father, and then she gave us her rendition of Adele’s One and Only. Lauren left us in awe, and left the judges thinking that she was one of the best female auditions this season! Could Lauren Gray be the next American Idol? Check out her audition below:
