The Bachelor, on ABC, was chock full of drama this week. First we watched Jamie’s awkward moment, followed by Casey’s boyfriend drama. After the show, Chris Harrison revealed that he thinks that Casey did the right thing by leaving the show. Read on for more of Chris Harrison’s thoughts on this episode!
Chris Harrison confronted Casey this week on The Bachelor, as he heard rumors that she still had feelings for her ex-boyfriend, and he was concerned about Ben Flajnik getting hurt, as we saw Ashley Hebert go through a similar situation on The Bachelorette. Chris Harrison blogged after the episode, clearing the air for us all as he posted: “Now, I want to make it clear that in my opinion Casey didn’t come on the show with bad intentions; she didn’t come on the show to deceive Ben. Like many people who have come on this show in the past, Casey learned a lot about herself and changed during her time here.”
While Chris Harrison did not think Casey had ill intentions by coming to The Bachelor, he does think that Casey made the right move by leaving the show, adding: “Whether she’s in love with her old boyfriend or not is and was irrelevant. It’s very clear she isn’t in the right state of mind to find love with Ben right now.” Needless to say, Chris Harrison is relieved that he stepped in and prevented anything further from happening between Ben and Casey.
Did Chris Harrison make the right move by intervening this week on The Bachelor? Was Casey correct to leave? Comment and share your thoughts with us!
