Whitney Houston died last night at only 48 years old. The news of Whitney Houston’s death seemed to shock everyone, especially Bobby Brown. The news of Whitney Houston’s death went viral. Within hours of Whitney’s death, the Internet, Twitter and Facebook were all a buzz about the singer’s sudden and tragic death. At only 48 years old, the incredible singer died on Saturday afternoon in her Beverly Hilton hotel room.
So how did Bobby Brown, former Bravo reality star, handle the news of his ex-wife’s death? Bobby went ahead with his planned concert in Mississippi. Us Weekly reports that Bobby Brown broke down backstage before going on with his group, New Edition. After missing the first song, Bobby then joined his band mates on the stage. Later in the night Bobby looked to the sky and said, “I love you, Whitney.” According to a person attending the concert, Bobby really broke down when he sang his hit song, Tenderoni.
Bobby has yet to say anything about Whitney Houston’s death via his Twitter account. But fans have flooded Bobby’s Twitter with messages of condolences for him and his daughter, Bobbi Kristina.
