The Biggest Loser Preview: The Drama Reaches New Heights This Week

February 19, 2012 12:00 PM by Lisa Princ

Last week on NBC‘s The Biggest Loser, the drama was still present, and even Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince seemed to be feeding it. If you thought for a second that things were about to cool down this week, you could not be more wrong. This week, a challenge takes the drama to new heights! Read on for a preview of this week’s new episode!

The Biggest Loser is back Tuesday, and after all the Valentine’s Day drama, could it possibly get worse? It sure can, when a huge change in the dynamics takes place. According to NBC’s preview, this week one player wins a game- changing power, and:

“This week, the contestants are faced with a temptation involving their favorite foods, with the winner gaining game-changing power to arrange the two teams however they like –and remain anonymous. After an unpopular decision is made to switch up the teams, tensions rise and suspicion grows about the real identity of the temptation winner. Then the red and black teams race against time and each other to assemble a giant puzzle on top of eight-foot tall blocks, with the winning team getting a very special prize. Later, after a drama-fueled weigh-in and elimination, another contestant is sent home.”

Check out the preview video below for a sneak peek of this week’s episode:

Who do you think ends up changing the game around? From the looks of the video, it appears that Daphne is pissed, and Chris is freaking out – so, is it safe to assume it was neither of them? Could it be Conda? That certainly would not be a shock. Comment and share your thoughts with us below!

The show has lost its credibility starting with sending the brother and sister team home the 1st day. Why did you allow the red team to be so cruel
by ganging up on the brother once he returned?
I have never seen such mean-spirited people ..There are only two people that even deserve to be on the show. I do not watch your show anymore…Bring back the compassion or I think you will lose
your audience. Your present contestants are not worth rooting for

What happen to this show. I thought it was about losing weight not making friends. I have never seen such nasty people.

Biggest loser has joined Jersey Shore, All the various back-stabbing wives shows, and a few others in my trash bin. Wondered at the time what the real reasons were when Julian left. Now we know why. No excuses NBC – you created this mess, and stood by and let it happen. Hope some good lawyers sue those for the way certain people behaved. Shame on you NBC. Shame Shame Shame! We’re speaking with not just words, but our viewing time (as the cable-box records will show) and to the advertisers. No more of my resources will go this way – Time to Leave Bob – create your own show and many will follow.

if they contestants would just relise that the problem(drama) with the show is Conda. they would send her home, the black team ate bread and embarrassed Bob because she said and they were still mad at Daphne??????? What is with that?

I’m glad the last three episodes are over. The fighting and bickering is very hard on folks, especially if you are trying to lose weight. I’ve noticed that even my weight lose has been reduced by stress from home as well as the show. My weight was 375 lbs when i started and lost 21 lbs the first week and the last 2 weeks i’ve only lost 5 lbs total. I have been under a little stress here as well(my grandkid was sick). I’m 52 and a retired correctional officer and my health has been affected alot by my size as you can imagine. I’m on heart, cholesterol and blood pressure meds and am now a class two diabetic. MY family has a long history of heart disease and my life depends on me succeding in extreme weight lose. I would like to see less stress on the show please as i watch it every week and try to pick up pointers on weight lose, thank you

I used to like the Biggest Loser..Where did You find this group of contestants? They are so mean. I thought there were a few nice ones. I was sadly mistaken. After watching the show tonight, it really made me sick to my stomach. Shame on them! I will not watch the rest of this season…I can’t! This group of contestants are some of the meanest people i have ever seen.
