Keep reading to find out what happened in the 2012 season premiere!
This season’s cast includes Aubrey O’Day, Arsenio Hall, Adam Carolla, Cheryl Tiegs, Clay Aiken, Dayana Mendoza, Debbie Gibson, Dee Snider, George Takei, Lisa, Lampanelli, Lou Ferrigno, Michael Andretti, Patricia Velasquez, Paul Teutul Sr., Penn Jillette, Teresa Giudice, Tia Carrere and Victoria Gotti.
This week, the contestants are split and it’s a battle of the sexes! The challenge is to create and sell deli sandwiches. With the cast ranging from singers to actresses to fitness experts and even bikers–there’s bound to be some DRAMA.
The women’s team named is “Forte” and Patricia is the project leader. While the women are deciding on who should be the “face” to greet people it’s assumed that Teresa Giudice is the most recognizable because she is currently on TV with Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New Jersey but Aubrey O’Day says her teammates are underestimating her because she has a ton of Twitter followers. Plus, Victoria Gotti is late because she says she tore her cornea or retina. Later, Haitian musician Wyclef Jean shows up for a jam session, Bravo Executive Andy Cohen and Russell Simmons come in to order sandwiches and make donations to show their support for charity.
Meanwhile, at “Unanimous” it’s really a power struggle with the guys. Everyone’s personality is coming through but some team members are clashing. Paul keeps making comments that George is around and asks if he is, “in space.” Both teams selected their best sandwiches and make appearances on The Rachael Ray Show.
Back in the boardroom, Donald Trump meets with both teams to find out exactly who did what. Donald Trump announces that Rachael Ray liked Paul’s sandwich especially his presentation and the way it tasted. Paul’s team, “Unanimous” also raised the most amount of money for charity. Paul’s charity is the Make A Wish Foundation.
It’s now time for Donald Trump to decide who from team “Forte” has to pack up their things and head home. In the end Cheryl Tiegs is fired.
