Justin Bieber may have already reached the highest level of superstardom, but the 17-year-old teen sensation is Just Getting Started. Already enjoying a successful music career and tapped to appear in MTV‘s upcoming reboot of Punk’d (replacing Ashton Kutcher), Bieber has just inked his second book deal with HarperCollins. Get all the details after the jump!
The book, Justin Bieber: Just Getting Started, will give fans an up close and personal look at the pop star via exclusive photos and quotes as they go behind-the-scenes of Justin’s latest tour and see what goes into recording one of his chart-topping albums.
Just Getting Started, which hits stores in September, is the second foray into the publishing world for Bieber, whose first book, First Step 2 Forever: My Story, sold over 1 million copies worldwide after its October 2010 release.
“I’m so excited to be working on another book with HarperCollins,” Bieber, 17, tells Us Weekly. “Being able to share my story with my fans through these books is an absolute privilege. I can’t wait to show them more about my life on tour and in the studio in this next book.”
“With all of his musical and on-screen successes, and his millions of fans on Twitter and Facebook, Justin is dominating the world of pop culture, and we are excited to be publishing the next chapter of his sensational career,” says Susan Katz, President and Publisher of HarperCollins Children’s Books.
Justin Bieber: Just Getting Started will be available in bookstores in September of 2012.
