Teen Mom‘s Amber Portwood was put in jail back in December, and rumor has it that today the MTV star is being released. So, where will Amber go now that she has been evicted from her home? And why is she being released already? Read on to find out!
Teen Mom‘s Amber Portwood was recently evicted from her home that she had been renting in Anderson, Indiana while she was in jail. Amber claimed that she only made $10,000 per year, in order to qualify for the state’s Low Income Rental Housing Tax Credit Program. When her landlord learned that she had lied, Amber Portwood was given the eviction notice.
According to TMZ.com, the judge in Amber Portwood’s case plans to release her today, but only because the Sister 2 Sister Ministries, where Amber was supposed to complete a drug treatment program, has refused to take Amber in. The site claims that reps from Sister 2 Sister will not take Amber because they: “felt Amber Portwood is too much of a handful and embodies too much negative energy to benefit from its program.”
With that in mind, the judge is going to release Amber, with a monitoring bracelet, and also orders for Amber to apply at another home for drug treatment. However, since Amber was evicted from her home, where will she go? There is no word on where Amber Portwood is headed, but as soon that information is released, we will be sure to pass it on!
