Nick Cannon of America’s Got Talent finally found a reason for all of his recent health scares, as the comedian and host recently revealed to People Magazine that the kidney failure was the result of: “an autoimmune disease that doctors found in my system.” After the bout of kidney failure that Nick Cannon suffered, he also suffered from some blood clots, which he says were associated with his kidney issues. And while Nick may be relieved to have an answer to what caused all his recent health issues, doctors explained to Nick that this autoimmune disease is something he will have to live with for the rest of his life.

What is the disorder that Nick is suffering from? Nick did not reveal the name of it, but did say: “They kind of say my autoimmune disease is – like a lupus type of thing, but no one else in my family has it.” Nick Cannon is thankful that he is alive, and it was caught before something worse happened. Nick also assured fans that “it’s all in order now,” as he plans to continue his healthy lifestyle in an effort to keep the disease under control.
