Nick and Vanessa Lachey Thank Fans For Well-Wishes After Baby Announcement

The Sing-Off‘s Nick Lachey and his wife, Vanessa Lachey, are expecting their first child together, and the couple couldn’t be more thrilled. After breaking their baby news on Monday’s Live with Kelly, where he served as guest co-host, the proud papa-to-be took to Twitter to thank his fans for all the well-wishes and congrats. Mrs. Lachey (formerly Minnillo) also tweeted her excitement about their “little angel.” Read on for all the details!
“Thanks to everyone for all the well-wishes,” Sing-Off host Nick Lachey, 38, tweeted Monday (March 5), following his announcement on NBC‘s Live with Kelly, adding, “It means a lot to Vanessa and I.”
For the first time since the news broke, Vanessa Lachey, 31, also tweeted about her pregnancy, writing, “Finally, Nick and I are ready to share our news … We have been blessed with a little angel! We can’t wait to meet Baby Lachey!!!”
We can’t either!
According to Nick, he and Vanessa do plan on finding out the sex of their little bundle of joy, and they’re already thinking of names.
“If it’s a girl, I think it might be Sophia. If it’s a boy, I’m not sure,” Nick told Live‘s Kelly Ripa.
Congrats again to the happy couple!
