The Real Housewives Of Atlanta is all new tonight on Bravo. Cynthia is tired of defending Peter to her family, especially after the fight with her sister at the anniversary party. Kandi and Kim sit down, without Sheree, to discuss the whole orphanage/black baby fight. Can everyone make-up and forgive each other? Keep reading for all the details from tonight’s RHOA episode.
It’s the morning after the anniversary party and Cynthia and Peter are discussing the whole Malorie issue. Cynthia doesn’t know what Malorie’s issues are with Peter. Hello? Peter caused the argument by calling Malorie a hater and dissing her during his speech at the party. Peter has no idea what “her beef” is with him. Cynthia isn’t happy and it starting to turn on Malorie.
Kandi is headed over to Kim’s today to discuss the whole orphanage/black baby fight. Yes, we are still talking about this conversation! Kandi explains what she actually said, without Sheree there to stir up problems. Kim wants to be friends with Kandi because she feels there is a true friendship between them. “I miss you, I miss our friendship,” Kim tells Kandi. The girls hug and make-up! Hopefully we can put this whole black baby thing to rest – finally!
NeNe is meeting with her attorneys to discuss finalizing her divorce from Gregg. It’s been over a year since she separated from Gregg, so it’s time to make some decisions. Her lawyers tell her she is at the end, but NeNe isn’t ready to sign on the dotted line. NeNe tells the cameras that John, the creepy short guy, has nothing to do with her decision to divorce Gregg. “I want to make sure I’m making the right decision,” NeNe tells her attorney. ”I can put the pen in my hand, but I can’t sign on the dotted line,” is how NeNe explains her progress towards the divorce.
Apollo is giving a speech about his life and struggles and is very nervous about speaking in front of a group of people. Phaedra is running late and let’s just say, she isn’t rushing to get there. It takes twenty minutes for Phaedra to get out of her car and put the baby in his stroller. Finally Phaedra arrives and it eases Apollo’s mind. ”Apollo’s speech is going pretty good, but he doesn’t have my gift of gab,” Phaedra tells the cameras. But Phaedra does think Apollo looks hot giving his speech!
Kandi is in the recording studio trying to write some county songs. “If money grows on trees” is the song Kandi is working on and she is trying to relate it to the Nashville/country audience. “In the hip-hop world we would be buying Bentleys,” Kandi jokes to the cameras.
Sheree is visiting with her daughter, Tierra. Tierra lets her mom know that she and her man are talking about getting married. ”You definitely need to have your own money,” is Sheree’s advice to her daughter. What happened to congratulations? Sheree is definitely not over all her issues with marriage and divorce. Later Sheree meets with Damon, Tierra’s boyfriend, to discuss this whole marriage thing. Sheree is furious when Damon tells her he already talked to Bob, Sheree’s ex-husband, about marrying Tierra. Finally after giving Damon her blessing, Sheree offers to help pick out the engagement ring.
It’s an awkward meeting with Malorie and Cynthia. Malorie is the bigger person and apologizes for the outburst at the anniversary party. “When I see Peter I see negative,” Malorie then tells Cynthia. “You are my sister, you are not my marriage counselor,” Cynthia yells at Malorie. The girls try to put the past behind them, but there is definitely tension between them. This fight is far from over!
Ayden is turning one and Phaedra is sparing no expense for her little man. There are four party planners for Ayden’s first birthday party, one of which is Dwight! It’s hot and the party is at a waterpark, but Dwight is in full make-up and has a designer suit on. ”Money is not an object when it comes to Ayden,” Phaedra tells the cameras. Sheree is bitching about having to drive two hours to this water park. Really – what else does Sheree have to do? I guess part of “sparing no expense” is having 12 birthday cakes. There is one cake for every month of Ayden’s life.
Kandi has flown to Nashville to meet with Jo Dee, a country singer, to record their new song. Kandi is out of her element, but is learning the ropes of how Jo Dee works! “I feel like it sounds pretty damn good. Boom there’s a hit” Kandi says enthusiastically.
NeNe has decided to meet with a therapist, in hopes to make a decision on the divorce. NeNe shares that Gregg wants to stay together, but she isn’t so sure. “Why can’t we just be friends?” NeNe asks the therapist. “You can’t have your cake and eat it too,” the therapist tells NeNe. After talking with the therapist, NeNe decides she needs more time to think.
