More good news for Teen Mom 2‘s Jenelle Evans. (We don’t get to say that very often!) Days after her former roommate, Hannah Inman, dropped the harassment charges against her, the MTV reality star’s lawyer confirms that Evans’ cyberstalking charges were “dismissed” in court. What happened? Keep reading for all the details.
“Court is over with now I OFFICIALLY have no pending charges against me,” Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans tweeted Friday (March 23).
The cyberstalking charges against Evans were filed by her former boss, James Duffy — who’s currently living with Hannah Inman — and apparently stemmed from Inman’s original harassment charges.
With those charges dropped by Inman, both Evans and Duffy — and the district attorney — agreed to dismiss the cyberstalking charges.
“I’m obviously very pleased that Jenelle finally has all of these charges behind her,” attorney Dustin Sullivan tells E! News. “It has been a long, arduous task in her success with the charges. Jenelle has made great strides in her maturity over the last 15 months, which is important in her relationship with her son, Jace.”
So how did Jenelle celebrate?
“Going to get something to eat then errands,” she tweeted.
Could this mean that Evans is really putting the bad girl behavior behind her?
