Sherri Shepherd has been a dancing machine on the hit ABC show, Dancing With The Stars. The View co-host loves her time on the dance floor, but it’s taking a toll on her body. Keep reading to find out what Sherri Shepherd has to say about all the aches and pains of DWTS.
Dancing With The Stars is known for transforming the bodies of many of its stars. Remember Kirstie Alley’s body transformation on the show? The relentless hours of dance practice can do wonders for a figure, but it can also cause many aches and pains.
Sherri Shepherd keeps everyone laughing on DWTS and her passion for dance definitely shows on the ballroom floor. But the hours and hours of practice have Sherri complaining of a few aches and pains. Can you blame her? Sherrie tweeted, “everything on my body is either numb or tingles…I can’t feel my right arm. Loving life.” Besides the physical strain on the body, the show takes an emotional toll. As a newly married woman, Sherri also thanked her hubby for being so supportive. “Just have 2 give a shout-out to my husband – he never sees me anymore until late when I’m tired & hurting & cranky yet he smiles,” Sherri shared.
This week Sherri and her partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, will be tackling the Rumba. So far practicing for the Rumba has given Sherri bunions and a charlie horse. Even with all the aches and pains, Sherri Shepherd is living out a dream being on DWTS. The judges have even commented that Sherri is the happiest contestant they have ever had on the show.
