Last week, on the season premiere of The Bachelorette, we watched as one potential suitor greeted Emily Maynard with a giant Ostrich egg, but she was not the least bit impressed. Although Randy promised that the egg was a symbol of how well he planned on taking care of her, Emily was still not impressed. Now, Emily promises to get rid of the big egg, but does that mean Randy is about to get the boot also?
Last week on The Bachelorette, Randy greeted Emily Maynard with a giant Ostrich egg, in which he promised to keep and take care of all season, as his symbol of how delicately he promised to take care of both Emily and Ricki. Emily Maynard, along with the other guys on the show, were not impressed by the egg or the gesture, and now Emily is planning on getting rid of the egg. Emily Maynard recently paid Kelly Ripa a visit, where she dished about her lack of love for the giant egg: “It was very weird and I didn’t know what to say, but I told him he needs to lose the egg. They named it Shelly and you’ll see the end of Shelly.”
So, does that mean that Emily plans to ditch Randy too? She did not specify on her feelings for Randy, or how long he may last on the show, but she did reassure us of one thing: “I learned so much about myself and I fell in love, so that to me is worth it.” Now, the only question that remains is – who did she fall in love with? According to various spoilers on the web, Emily Maynard’s final two are Jef Holm and Sean Lowe! That also means that Randy, along with big ole egg will get the boot, as well Arie Luyendyk Jr., who is rumored to have made it to the final three.
