America’s Got Talent: Check Out The Act That Offended Howard Stern!

June 13, 2012 01:30 PM by Lisa Princ

Howard Stern is not easily offended, instead the shock jock is normally the one offending others on his radio show. However, last night on America’s Got Talent, one act went too far, and it was Howard who ended up offended! Uh-oh, you know it has to be bad then, and luckily we have the video clip for your entertainment. Check it below!

America’s Got Talent was back last night in Tampa, and while we saw many good acts, there were also those not-so-good, and even downright offensive! But to offend the shock jock? Yep, it was that gross. When a bearded man took the stage, and claimed to be an expert on “air sex,” we weren’t sure what to expect, but as you can probably imagine it was definitely not a million dollar act – just a sick attempt for 15 minutes of fame.

The act consisted of this weirdo making out with the air, and it was ridiculously stupid. Sharon Osbourne could barely watch it, and the Howards chuckled the entire time. When it was done, Howard Stern commented that he was “offended by it,” even though “Sharon and Howie liked it” – ha! Check out the clip below:

It never ceases to amaze us what some people will do to get into the spotlight. Clearly this moron had to know he would never get through to the next round, let alone win a million bucks!

Be sure to tune in next week for more auditions of America’s Got Talent before they head to Vegas!

Whenever national television provides what is essentially an open mike, you are going to get people who will do anything to be on television. I personally wonder how many times that little act of his is going to bounce up and give this guy problems with job interviews and the like in the future, but I does not shock me that he did this. Maybe I am slightly shocked that this was the act that actually got aired. As for Howard being offended… Howard likes to draw attention to Howard by whatever means necessary.

since he is a successful comic, improv teacher and theater owner (in 3 cities, Austin, Houston, NOLA; The New Movement – check it out) i don’t think he’s too worried about job interviews. Stern’s “offense”, imo, was that someone had balls enough to go on AGT and essentially mock the process. that “little act” plays nationally as the Air Sex Championships, which he hosts in cities across America.

The “weirdo” gentleman in question is a comedian. It is a comedy act called AirSex. This is a real show that people pay money to see and *GASP* sign-up to participate in. The show is touring in the next month. As the clearly articulate writer of this article called him, the “moron” just got himself an amazing amount of press and will use that momentum to build on his already successful act. Yes, I guess it was very “stupid” of him, wasn’t it Lisa Pri(n)c?

Not for nothing, but this guy is hilarious. He has balls anyway. I do not think he will have problems finding jobs since he is a comedian and stuff. This was a resume builder for him.

This act was a joke. Calling him a successful comedian is also a joke. He’s only successful in that he has not stopped doing comedy, but persistence doesn’t make you anything other than persistent. This is stuff only funny in a bar after a few (maybe a lot of) drinks. The laughter derives not from the act, but from the ridiculousness of the individuals doing it (you know, the old laugh AT you and not WITH you line).

Sorry, this was lame and I think Howard was being sarcastic when he said he was offended. Though, it is possible that he was offended that the producers would send such a sh*t act out there for him to have to judge.

If anything is offensive here it is the existence of this joke of a show. The guy is a comedian, and he was mocking this absurd excuse for entertainment. Howard was not offended by this. He’s literally made his career on half rate sex humor, and anyone born before 2000 should be familiar with him. If you are offended by this, it’s probably because you are mentally inferior. Of course I guess reality tv fans are bottom of the barrel anyway.
