Jill Zarin had a lot to say about former Real Housewives of New York City cast-mate Ramona Singer during her debut on ABC‘s Good Afternoon America, calling the pinot-pushing Bravo star “delusional,” and knocking her Learning Annex presentation. According to one of Jill’s “inside sources,” 500 people were expected at the event, but less than 100 actually showed up. What’s Singer’s side of the story? What does she have to say to Zarin now? And is anyone else secretly excited about the fact that we get to witness the drama between these two ladies again? It’s just like old times!
Did we really believe that Ramona Singer wasn’t going to respond to Jill Zarin’s Good Afternoon America segment?! Of course not!
Respond, she did….
“First of all, I was honored to be asked to speak at the Learning Annex,” Singer tells Wetpaint Entertainment. “Successful, notable business people like Donald Trump and Russell Simmons have spoken there. Jill has never been asked, so I think it’s definitely a case of sour grapes.”
“But I do want to clarify a few things,” she continues, addressing Jill’s comments about the number of people who actually showed up to hear her speak. “The size of the average Learning Annex class is 20-40 people. When you bring in a celebrity, the numbers start at about 50. I had about 150 people attend and they all pre-registered. So we KNEW who was coming. We didn’t expect more! And what Jill said about moving seats around is ridiculous.”
After giving her side of the whole musical chairs situation, Ramona went on to “wish Jill only the best”…right before she slammed her, saying, “It’s sad she’s still using me to stay in the limelight. She needs to let go of the past and move on with her life.”
What do you think RTVM: Do you agree that Jill should “move on with her life,” or was she just doing her job? Sound off in the Comments section below.
