Melissa Joan Hart Won’t Be A Dancing With The Stars All Star

July 26, 2012 04:00 PM by Stephanie Gustafson

According to ABC, the new Dancing with the Stars cast list should be released by the end of this week. But Melissa Joan Hart has already let fans know that she will not be returning to the reality competition for its upcoming all-star season. With so many other celebs clamoring for a spot on the show, why is Melissa Joan Hart not enthused about the idea? Keep reading to find out!

Sorry fans, Melissa Joan Hart will not be on Dancing with the Stars this season. During a recent appearance on Access Hollywood Live, Hart told hosts Kit Hoover and Joely Fisher  that she had no interest in returning to the show, now or ever. Unlike the dozens of celebs who constantly gush about Dancing with the Stars, Hart revealed, “I didn’t have the best time on that show.”

Why did Melissa Joan Hart not enjoy her time on Dancing with the Stars? The Melissa & Joey star missed her kids! “It was the first time I ever left my children. I left them on the East Coast, came to the West Coast to do it…it doesn’t always pan out the way you want it to.”

There’s another reason that an appearance on Dancing with the Stars could be problematic for Melissa Joan Hart: the actress is expecting her third child! She and hubby Mark Wilkerson made the big announcement in April. Between her pregnancy and her role on Melissa & Joey the star is probably already more than busy enough! She’s already worn out, as she revealed in an earlier interview with People. ”I’m exhausted…I feel so tired all the time.” It looks like this busy actress deserves a break!
