Tyra Banks and the crew are coming back next month, and we’ve got the lowdown on the newest aspiring models! Read on to find out more about the cycle 19 “college edition” contestants!

It’s almost time fans! America’s Next Top Model “College Edition” is almost here. The series returns next month with a whole new set of fresh faces, and CW has released the information on the the new contestants. Check out the press release:

The latest edition of “America’s Next Top Model,” created and hosted by Tyra Banks, returns with the first-ever “College Edition” on Friday, August 24 (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) on The CW. Thirteen participants from all walks of life and learning institutions, from universities to trade schools, will battle it out to earn the prestigious title of “America’s Next Top Model” and compete for a career-launching prize package that includes a fashion feature in Nylon Magazine, as well as $100,000 cash and campaigns with Nine West and Smashbox Cosmetics, in addition to a modeling contract with LA/NY Models and being named the face of the “America’s Next Top Model” perfume Dream Come True.

“America’s Next Top Model” is bringing on new, top fashion talent this cycle. In addition to famed stylist Johnny Wujek as photo shoot creative consultant, the show is also introducing its first-ever social media correspondent, top fashion blogger Bryanboy. Bryanboy will use his extensive knowledge of both fashion and social media to mentor the models and highlight the scores, comments and video messages from the viewers that will be revealed in the show during judging. Also lending his expertise to the show this cycle for multiple episodes will be dancer and choreographer Jontè, who will work with the models as the movement mentor. He will be tasked with helping the women bring out their charisma in the various challenges and photo shoots.

In addition to the panel of judges, which includes Banks, fashion public relations maven Kelly Cutrone, and new judge, former boxer and international male supermodel Rob Evans, fan voting will play a factor in who stays and who goes in the competition. Over the course of production, fans had numerous opportunities each week to vote online, through social media and via mobile, to choose their favorite contestants based on photo shoots taken during production. These scores were added to scores from Banks and the judges to help determine who was eliminated throughout the cycle. Also, in a new twist, the girls who have already been eliminated were given the opportunity to return to the competition via votes on their photo shoot pictures, which allowed the audience the chance to save their favorite model. Fans will have to tune in to see how their votes impacted the competition when the show returns Friday, August 24th.

This “College Edition” should be interesting but I’m not looking forward to hearing Kelly Cutrone’s big mouth again this season. I hope the new judges are nothing like her.

What about Mr. Jay? Is he coming back too? I hope Nigel and Miss Jay are still on board. It wouldn’t be ANTM without them!

I don’t really watch it anymore because it was the same old thing every cycle. But now I will because there’s a twist!

I like that they are letting the fans vote and are changing it up i just don’t think it is a good idea because the fans could vote no just because they don’t like how the girl looks.

I watch the first two episode and it is so bad. The judging is harsh this season. The judges give the scores in front of the girls. Some girls get a 4 for the photos. They are so young and there was one espidode the girls have to be naked and taking picture with a bunch of guys hanging around (the photographers and crews and a male model). It is more abuse. One girl has to withdrew because this is not what she had in mind.
