All The Right Moves Recap: Big Opportunities Bring Bigger Drama

August 21, 2012 08:57 PM by Lisa Princ

Three weeks ago, we watched the series premiere of All The Right Moves on Oxygen, and finally, the show was back tonight! So, what happened when Travis Wall and the guys were presented with some big opportunities? Why, bigger drama, of course!

All The Right Moves‘ premiere episode left fans (along with Nick and Teddy) wondering whether or not Travis was going to take the investors suggestion and name the show Travis Wall’s Shaping Sound. Nick and Teddy both pondered the idea of telling Travis how they felt about it, but they worried about causing waves, so instead, they chatted among themselves (and Kyle) about the fact that they did not feel it was fair.

Since we last saw them, Teddy decided that he wanted to do an audition tape for So You Think You Can Dance, but he wanted Travis’ advice on whether or not to go for it. Of course, Travis told him to go for it, I mean, look what the show did for Travis’ career – it was no wonder Teddy wanted to go for it. Meanwhile, Travis got a huge opportunity as well – an offer to send in an audition tape for Madonna’s upcoming tour! Talk about a job he could not refuse!

But with these big opportunities for the guys brought major drama in the house. Travis just assumed that both Teddy and Nick would help him with the Madonna shoot, but the pair had already made plans to work on Teddy’s So You Think You can Dance submission, and had already booked show alums Alison Holker and Twitch to perform his routine.

Annoyed, Travis left in a huff, but Teddy did not let it get to him. In fact, his submission went off without a hitch, and something tells us that Mary Murphy would be jumping on the hot tamale train if she saw that routine on the show – it was hot, hot, hot!

Travis Wall’s Madonna submission, which needed to be done in a hurry, turned out to be a nightmare for him. He had trouble getting dancers to show up, had none of his boys with him, and he did not make the smartest move by giving Taja the lead part. Taja proved to be less than reliable when she was 3 hours late for the shoot, because she was snagged by the cops, and ironically has no license. Hmm, time for Travis to invest in new dancers? Probably, because Taja also confided in her sister that Shaping Sound was not her priority, especially with another Nicole Scherzinger tour coming up.

Luckily for Travis, he was able to smooth things over with Teddy and Nick over dinner, and he made sure to inform them that he would not be using his name only, despite the suggestion. Travis also informed the pair that they got a $20k sponsor – score! Even better? Travis was able to talk Teddy into performing in the Madonna shoot for him. Travis’ big opportunity may not have turned out how he planned, but it definitely turned out great – can’t wait to see if he gets the job.

Tune in next week to see if Taja gets fired! What do you think of All The Right Moves? Comment and share your thoughts with us below!

I understand that Travis thinks he has a great thing going w/Taj, but she is too emotionally involved. There needs to be a differentiation between friendship & professionalism. She does not respect Travis’ position of authority and since she can’t do that, she needs to go. It will ultimately save their relationship. I’m sure she keeps her opinions to herself when given a directive from Nicole…I’m also sure she’ll keep her mouth shut when working for Prince. Trav, find someone who appreciates this opportunity and will work hard for you without trying to make it all about them & sabotage your dreams!
