You won’t like Hulk when he’s angry, or at least litigious. Hulk Hogan is firing back at the individuals who put his sex tape online. So will it go to court or will the “Hulk Hogan’s Celebrity Championship Wrestling” star take them out in the ring?
According to TMZ, Hulk Hogan already has his lawyers on the case. Gawker put up a one-minute clip online but The Hulk is firing up Microsoft Word, learning to type, and firing off a cease-and-desist letter to the website. Hulk Hogan claims that the site has no right to post the footage.
The Hulk’s lawyer told TMZ, “This tape was made secretly without Hulk’s knowledge or permission. We are going to do everything in our power to figure out who did it. Anyone displaying the tape will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.”
The tape was being shopped around since early this year, for sale to the highest bidder with only a few screenshots being made available. However, Gawker claims that they were given the footage for free by an anonymous source. Gawker only posted 90 seconds of what promises to be a 30-minute tape. Goody.
The Hulk is joining a long string of pseudo-celebs who have been surprised with a sex tape. Kanye West is the most recent, but he seems to be rather proud of his. Our suggestion to Hulk? Just own it. It’ll help you sell a couple books, maybe even make you relevant for a moment or two. Or pull a Kim Kardashian and orchestrate some profits off that sucker. You may need them in retirement.
