Jeff Lewis Lists His Spring Oak Home For Sale

November 11, 2012 11:00 AM by Lisa Princ

This season on Bravo‚Äôs, Flipping Out, we’ve seen our share of drama, wedding fun, and of course, another move for Jeff Lewis and the gang. The Spring Oak home that Jeff bought this season, is now up for sale – only a seven short months after purchasing it. Does this mean he and Gage will head back to Gramercy?

Didn’t we just watch Jeff Lewis move into Spring Oak? Why yes, we did! And if you recall, Gage was not the least bit pleased by having to give up Gramercy, his dream home, and the home he was hoping to start a family in with Jeff. The move to Spring Oak was tough for Gage, and definitely put a strain on his relationship with Jeff.

Now, we’ve learned that Jeff Lewis has listed the Spring Oak home for sale, only seven months after purchasing the home, but if you’re a fan of Jeff Lewis, you know this is the norm for him. In case you’re interested in purchasing Spring Oak, you can for a cool $1.4 million bucks. That’s only about $100K more than the couple (or Jeff anyway) purchased the home for.

Meanwhile, this means that Jeff, Gage, Zoila and the gang will have to pack up and move, yet again. Where will they go? There has been no word on where they will be moving, but something tells us it may end up being Gramercy (at least if Gage has anything to say about it).

What do you think about Jeff Lewis listing Spring Oak for sale already? Should they relocate to Gramercy? Do you think that Gage pushed Jeff into selling Spring Oak, so that they could move back to Gramercy? We know you have an opinion and we want to hear it! Comment below to share your thoughts with us!

I think Jeff Lewis is the most self-centered, self-promoting narcicist on the planet. I can’t imagine why Cage would want to bring a child into this mess.
It is my guilty pleasure to watch the show. Like a car accident you can not look away.
I don’t have an opinion about what property the inhabit or own.

Contrary to Sue Ann’s small minded and intellectully compromised brains opinion, Jeff Lewis happens to be one of the most interesting, driven, intelligent people there is. Any child would be beyong lucky to have Jeff as a parent. Remember Sue Ann,unlike you, Jeff has a popular reality show, is self employed, and has a successsful business.. and a magnetic personality. The world needs more people like Jeff Lewis who cut through the BS and simple tell it like it is. Jeff refuses to candy-coat a turd when he sees one, and intellignet people find that refreshing. Stupid small minded people find it offensive. I will take the Jeff Lewis way any day of the week.

As far as selling Spring Oak, I think this is a smart move… he probably should not have bought it in the first place… but hindsight is 20/20.

I think that Jeff should live in Gramercy but have it listed with no sign and with showings only to prequalified and very serious buyers to weed out the looky-loos. If he can get close to 3 Million for it he should sell and move on to the next one. In the meantime he has the pleasure of living in his favorite house.

I have zero doubt that Gage and Jeff would make wonderful parents, I am just concerned if the age difference will not be a problem down the road. If they do go that route, a legal agreement needs to be in effect spelling out every potential contingency should they ever split… something along the lines of a pre-nup.

Jeff would not be a good father. yes, he makes money. But best parents are not the one’s with money (anf often parents with allot of money end up being terrible parents). it is about being supportive, undrrstanding, self-controeld and accepting a child with all it’s abilities, disabilities. Parent is a leader, not a boss. Jeff has a need to put people down and yel at them. He is very good at making people feel bad including Cage. I would be very concerned for the child

I think they moved to Gramercy a while ago. In the interviews you can tell they are from within Gramercy. Look at the backgrounds, walls etc… They have been keeping under wraps for the show.

Jeff Lewis is a gay f–king narcissistic pig! I’m not against gays by the way, I have many friends who are. But I do feel he has a huge issue with his gayness and his big fat head. YOU ARE A BLAZING GAY PIG! I will never watch your show ever again
    YOU PIG.

Sue all you accomplish by commenting so hatefully about some one else is reveal how small minded and stupid you and the unintelligent general population in which you represent really are. You are simply too dumb and ignorant to understand the thought processes of someone as intelligent as Jeff Lewis and think he is a bad person because you are unable to understand the sarcasm behind his humor and can only register that in your kind as cruelty bc it is just simply beyond your low level of comprehension. You disgust me w you’re ability to say such hateful and idiotic things as you did in you’re post and I had to come down to your level to inform you of your scum.
