Cheryl Burke Admits To Meeting With Producers Of The Bachelorette

Rumors have been buzzing for months now about Cheryl Burke, one of the beloved pros from Dancing With The Stars possibly heading to The Bachelorette in an effort to find true love - once and for all. Of course, when it comes to rumors, we never know what to believe, but now, Cheryl has admitted to meeting up with the producers of the show!
Looks like we very well could be watching Cheryl Burke try to find love on The Bachelorette in the future. While the rumors and speculation have been going around for months now, Cheryl recently admitted that she has indeed met with producers about possibly starring on the show. “I did meet with the execs but we’ll see what happens. There hasn’t been a firm offer, but if they offer it to me I would love to do it,” Burke recently confirmed to US Weekly in an interview backstage during a recent taping of Dancing With The Stars.
Most of us were left wondering why a girl like Cheryl would even need to go on the show to find love, but Cheryl actually seems to have a tough time in the boyfriend department. She went on explain: “Over the summer I dated a couple of guys and it turned out all bad, so I just figured if someone were to make the choice for me then maybe I’d have a better chance of meeting someone good!”
And Cheryl is not alone her quest to get on the show, as her good friend and Dancing With The Stars partner, Emmitt Smith also thinks The Bachelorette would be a great experience for Burke. “Being on that show would probably give her a variety of personalities and let her find someone that truly fits her,” Smith said.

No, I don’t think that professional stars should be on the Bacholerette. It should be for “normal” people just living their lives that don’t have the opportunity to meet a variety of people and provide them a chance that they might not get otherwise because of their circumstances.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. That would almost be like putting a well known socialite on the show. The show has already become something like a side show so don’t add to the disappointment of putting Cheryl Burke on the show. No, No, No.

Abosolutely! I love Cheryl (so does hubby) and we both feel she should get the opportunity. Why not? She may be a celeb and could attract a man, no problem, but that doesn’t mean they are the right men. She needs love too, so let her try for it on the show!
