Is Taylor Swift Dating One Direction’s Harry Styles?

Following her breakup with Conor Kennedy, The X Factor guest star, Taylor Swift is wasting no time finding love again. Or is she? Rumor has it she has moved on to One Direction’s Harry Styles. Can it be true? Take the jump for all the juicy details.
Taylor Swift performed on The X Factor’s result show on Thursday night. And according to In Touch, during rehearsals before the show, co-host, Mario Lopez ran into Harry Styles backstage. Mario explained, “During rehearsals, Harry from 1D came and slapped me on the back and said, ‘Hey Mario, how are you doing?’ I said, ‘What are you doin’ here?’ He sorta points toward Taylor and I said, ‘Oh, good for you!’ Mario said. “And then I see the two walking off hand in hand! So Taylor Swift and Harry from One Direction— you heard it here first — we’re officially hanging out!”
Rumors have been flying about Swift and Styles for a bit lately. It would appear the two have been quite flirty and Styles has even been seen throwing Swift over his shoulder and walking away with her. Is this careless joshing among good friends or is their more to it? Maybe Taylor is just on the rebound following her recent breakup with Conor Kennedy. Or maybe Harry had something to do with the breakup – who knows?
While we can’t be certain, we do know that Lopez spotted some handholding going on, and that sounds like there may be more than friendship on the agenda for these two.
