Last night the Dancing With The Stars All-Stars danced in tribute to Michael Jackson. Tonight, the 5 remaining couples face a nail-biting double-elimination as the finalists for the all-star season will be revealed. Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough are at the top of the leaderboard, and Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerkovskiy on the bottom. Who did America put into the finals? Find out…
Len Goodman announces that the judges have chosen Apolo Anton Ohno and Karina Smirnoff’s rumba to Man In The Mirror to kick off tonight’s Dancing With The Stars results show.
Brooke Burke-Charvet and Tom Bergeron waste no time getting to the results – Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough are told they will be in the final! That was a no-brainer!
Next to be called to the floor are Apolo Anton Ohno and Karina Smirnoff, along with Melissa Rycroft and Tony Dovolani. But before we get any results news, a hip-hop dancer from New Zealand performs live and The Wanted take the stage to do two of their hits – I Found You and Glad You Came. Pleasure before the pain, according to Tom Bergeron.
Finally, it’s revealed that Apolo and Karina are leaving the competition immediately, and Melissa and Tony are in the final! Wow. It’s always so tough to go at this point.
Next up, Paula Abdul performs four of her hits live. It’s kicky!
Derek Hough performs a routine that he choreographed with a group, and then it’s on to more results.
It’s crunch time for Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerkovskiy, along with Emmitt Smith and Cheryl Burke.
Emmitt and Cheryl are told they have come to the end of the road, and Kelly and Val have made the finals!
Your Dancing With The Stars All-Star finalists are Shawn & Derek, Melissa & Tony, and Kelly & Val!
I think America got it right. Do you agree or disagree?
