Earlier this month, we learned that Octomom, Nadya Suleman had entered rehab, seeking treatment for drug addiction because she was hooked on Xanax. And now, she has completed a 30-day stay in rehab just in time to reunite with her 14 kids for the Thanksgiving holiday.
According to TMZ, sources close to Octomom confirmed that Octomom had indeed completed a 30-day rehab treatment program at Chapman Rehab on Thanksgiving Day and rushed home immediately to share the holiday with her children. When she arrived home, Octomom helped prepare a holiday meal consisting of a “whole ham, apple sauce, stuffing,” and other traditional Thanksgiving dishes.
The source also said that Octomom was “committed to conquering her demons” and had proven that by voluntarily entering rehab so she could get help. In addition, Octomom has agreed to continue her treatment from home by attending future treatment sessions. Although Octomom knows she still has a long way to go and a lot of work ahead of her, the source said, she is extremely proud of her achievements so far.
What about her 14 children? Who had them while Octomom was in rehab? Live in nannies tended to the children while Octomom was away at rehab. And they have worked with the children to establish and maintain strict daily schedules activities such as eating, sleeping, bathing, and completing their homework. The source said Octomom plans to keep up the nannies good work by enforcing the same routines now that she is out of rehab and back home with the kids.
Do you think Octomom is really trying to get help and get her act together? And what about the routine that the nannies enforced while Octomom was away? Do you think Octomom will keep it up the routine? Or let the kids run wild? Post a comment and tell us what you think.
